Daily and Monthly Responsibilities :

  • Sources, screens, and interviews potential job candidates for open positions
  • Processes multiple open job requisitions at a time
  • Compiles written candidate profile to present to management
  • Coordinates with hiring manager to determine job requirements and best recruiting process for high-volume positions
  • Extends verbal and written job offers, while coaching candidate through negotiation and acceptance
  • Generates potential recruitment leads
  • Uses Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidates and job stages
  • Develops and maintains network of both active and passive candidates
  • Utilizes various resources to identify candidates, including internal ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other web platforms
  • This position is based in our Austin office

Skills Required :

  • 5 months – 1 year of experience recruiting is a requirement. Preference to those with experience in a software/SaaS specific recruiting environment
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a small team setting
  • Speaks clearly, persuasively, and professionally. Comfortable speaking on the phone
  • Responds well to questions or objections
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and desire to drive business
  • Understanding of basic computer skills/programs (Microsoft Office)
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Supports organization's goals and values

Self-Management :

  • 5+ months in recruiting
  • Comfortable working with multiple, cross-functional teams, in-house and remote, domestically, and internationally
  • Accurate and precise attention to detail
