What we're looking for?

Apty is looking for Salesforce Developer to drive our CRM development and growth. In this role you will work with key users from different business groups to understand current business processes and -requirements, identifying areas that have opportunity to be improved and/or streamlined, and designing CRM solutions that meet the business need and are in line with industry best practices. With our Sales leadership in USA and a development team based in Bangalore, you will be expected to work across time zones and stakeholders to drive a cohesive, world class CRM implementation timely delivery.

What you'll do on the job :

  • Design, development, testing and deployment on Force.com platform
  • Implement standard Salesforce functionality including sharing rules, roles, profiles, etc. and use standard features including Workflow, Process builder, and flows to create solutions.
  • Write Apex using industry standard best practices and design patterns
  • Understanding on how salesforce integration works to different systems.
  • Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations
  • Provide best practice recommendations for Salesforce
  • Experience with salesforce partner & customer communities.
  • Thorough understanding of salesforce Article and Knowledge objects
  • Build and maintain technical solution documentation
  • Review Salesforce release notes and preview sandboxes to highlight risks and opportunities
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, & Customer Success to continuously improve our end user workflows & ensure optimal data capture in the customer acquisition process.
  • Master the Apty technology and become an internal project owner for supporting our use of Apty internally and in our demo environments for sales & customer success.

Who'll be a good fit:

  • 3+ years designing and supporting large scale, technically complex solutions on Salesforce and associated platforms in a high-tech/SaaS high-growth environment
  • 2+ years development experience on the Salesforce platform (APEX, visual force)
  • Technical and business mastery of Salesforce CPQ
  • Administration experience with tools such as hubspot, chatbots & proposal software
  • Currently manage a development team (or teams) delivering agile CRM solutions supporting multiple aspects of the sales ecosystem (Inside Sales, Services, Marketing)
  • Experience managing both onshore and offshore development teams
  • You know the limits of Salesforce, the difference between what can be done and what should be done, and can clearly articulate, with technical accuracy, the difference.
  • Multiple Salesforce certifications, in both administration and technical paths.
