Sales Development Representative

Sales Development is the frontline interaction with potential new customers. As a Sales Development Rep you will engage in outbound B2B efforts researching and qualifying both inbound and outbound leads. Your goal is to create awareness andinterest within enterprise organizations so that they are compelled to take a meeting to learn how Apty can address their needs.

Our goal for the Sales Development Rep is to promote them to a closing role in under 18months, but you have to earn it!

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify key business influencers and decision makers
  • Conduct cold calling campaigns to create demand for our product and qualify leads
  • Leverage marketing data to interact with prospects and follow along on theirbuyers journey
  • Share compelling information with prospects to garner a secondary conversation
  • Utilize Outreach, LinkedIn SalesNavigator, ZoomInfo/DiscoverOrg and other sales technologies to build your sales pipeline with qualified contacts and accounts
  • Align with an Account Executive to strategize your territory and conduct account mapping and planning to best prioritize your time
  • Document prospect interaction within Salesforce CRM

Preferred Qualifications:

  • You have great organizational skills, attention to detail and are a strong time manager.
  • Comfortable with public speaking and presenting
  • Internally driven to succeed and a desire to step out of your comfort zone to come up with solutions
  • Passion for sales and technology with a willingness to learn and adapt when changes arise
  • A true team player who will collaborate with their peers, share tactics that are working and succeed faster as a team.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-pacedenvironment

Compensation:

  • Bases range from $45,000-$52,500
  • $2,500 Signing Bonus
  • Uncapped monthly commission
