Objectives of this Role

  • You will be the Apty solution expert, you will create innovative solutions to customers adoption problems using the entire suite of Apty application.
  • You will lead the Apty Solution engineers’ team and validate all the solutions that is given to our customers and support the team while they face day to day challenges.
  • Collaborate with Customer success managers to onboard new customers and nurture existing customers.
  • Attend customer meetings, gather business and technical requirements. Also review the requirements collected by the team.
  • Collaborate with Product engineering team and resolve any roadblocks during the onboarding process.
  • Analyse the bugs and enhancements raised by customers and communicate the same to product team.
  • Guide the team on regular basis and create more leaders and experts within the team.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities :

  • Conduct daily stand-up meetings with the solution engineering team and understand the challenges they are facing and provide timely solutions.
  • Dom analysis of new applications and create internal knowledge bases.
  • Explain technical issues and challenges to larger audiences, including product managers, developers, and management.
  • Report daily progress of key onboarding.
  • Report time sheet (Effort utilisation ) of self and team
  • Join QBR’s and ensure the customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Build repeatable template and process to optimise the onboarding process

Skills Required :

  • Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to optimise team performance and development
  • 5+ yrs of experience as a Software developer, DAP experience will be good to have.
  • Proficient knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML and thorough understanding of Web and DOM (Document Object model)
  • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage, negotiate and manage key stakeholders.
  • Natural flair for beautiful designs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Results orientated with ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines
  • Technical mindset
  • An appreciation of and an ability to positively resolve issues arising from different customers
  • Good to have US customer experience and should be willing to work on US hours.

Qualifications and Experience Levels :

  • 5+ years of Software Developer
  • 2+ years of Lead or Manager experience
  • Managing teams of at least 5 individuals
  • Remote Team Management Experience
  • Experience working in a start-up environment
  • In-depth understanding of product lifecycle and agile development best practices
  • DOM understanding and ability to perform DOM analysis for web applications
  • Comfortable working with multiple, cross-functional teams, in-house and remote, domestically, and internationally
  • Accurate and precise attention to detail
