Objectives of this Role

Account Based Marketing Expert

Apty is strategically expanding our Marketing Department by hiring an Account-Based Marketing Expert to design, execute and manage Apty’s ABM function. You will be responsible for developing the overall ABM strategy, defining the execution plan, and regularly measuring & improving the performance of campaigns. You will play an instrumental role in scaling Apty’s marketing efforts and will contribute to building the ABM function in Apty.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities :

  • Build a comprehensive Account Based Marketing strategy and plan its execution, considering the overall budget and business requirements.
  • Onboard, manage and own all Account Based Marketing platform.
  • Experiment on and identify the most effective marketing messages, value proposition, materials, channels, and calls to action for personas and key accounts.
  • Develop regional, account-focused playbooks including, outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, nurture, channel activities, live/online events, setting up meetings with the goal of building pipeline.
  • Work closely with marketing team on conceptualizing campaigns, content and creative requirements, digital marketing support/message testing, etc.
  • Define and religiously follow up on ABM metrics to ensure business impact measured by named account pipeline/bookings, database growth and accuracy for named accounts, account/person engagement scores and sales/partner utilization of programs.
  • Collaborate with CS teams on account growth strategy and planning.
  • Propose and manage project timelines, quality, resources, & budget.

Skills Required :

  • 5+ years of proven multi-channel B2B marketing experience within enterprise software/SaaS.
  • Being a proactive self-starter, demonstrating high initiative and critical thinking.
  • Proven ability to think strategically, with an exceptional attention to detail in execution.
  • Positive, get-it-done attitude, with the ability to work with marketing and sales professionals, and ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in field marketing campaigns, events, executive and key account programs and partner activity.
  • In-depth and thorough understanding of pipeline management and metrics.
  • Strong influencing and relationship-building skills.
  • Team player with ability to collaborate, but also work independently.
  • Flexibility to adjust to the dynamic nature of a startup.

Qualifications and Experience Levels :

  • 5+ years of Technology B2B SaaS Marketing Experience
  • Demonstrated success working within an account-based program, targeting Enterprise accounts
  • Experience working within marketing automation and CRM
  • Strong multi-tasking, and project management skills
  • Experience and enjoys working in a start-up environment
  • Excels with creative ideas, and seamless execution
  • Comfortable working with multiple, cross-functional teams, in-house and remote, domestically and internationally
